1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE

This service is provided to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at this web page. In addition, when using particular services directly or through distributors and affiliates, you, and All About Training shall be subject to any guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. All About Training also may offer other services from time to time that are governed by different Terms of Services. These TOS do not apply to such other services.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting All-About-Training.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

What Personal Information About Customers Do You Gather?
The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your user experience at our site. Here are the types of information we gather.

a) Information You Give Us
We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future usage by you, improving our site, and communicating with you.

b) Automatic Information
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses our site. A number of companies offer utilities designed to help you visit Web sites anonymously. Although we will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these tools exist.

c) E-mail Communications
To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from us if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending duplicate messages to our customers. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please contact customer service.

d) Information from Other Sources
For reasons such as improving personalization of our service (for example, providing better product recommendations or special offers that we think will interest you), we might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. We also sometimes receive updated delivery and address information from our shippers or other sources so that we can correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily.

3. What if I need to cancel?

Send a substitute from your organization (please check the box on the front of your admission ticket) or transfer your registration fee to another seminar of your choice that is scheduled within 12 months of your original date. We do not offer a refund because of our limited seating, if you take a seat, then we close the workshop, and you cancel, that seat is lost. Please make sure you wish to attend. You may use the fees, for any of our workshops, or 1-on-1 training.

4 How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled seminar?

Our Customer Service Department will notify you by fax, e-mail, and/or mail if any changes are made to your scheduled seminar (i.e. change of date, venue, city location, or cancellation). Be sure to add customerservice@all-about-training.com to your email address book so you are sure to receive these messages.

5. What if I require special attention because of a disability?

At All About Training, we strive to accommodate your needs. Please contact our customer service center for assistance in this area by calling 1-808-647-0821.

6. Will other related learning resources be available at the seminar?

Yes. You'll find an interesting selection of books, tapes, and software you can purchase at special seminar-only pricing. Plan ahead...we gladly accept either checks or credit cards.

7. Can the seminar be presented on-site for my organization?

Yes. We conduct on-site training for thousands of customers every year. All of our On-Site training courses are offered in English and Spanish. 8. Anything else I need to know?

Lunch, parking, and breaks are on your own. If you need directions to the seminar, or information about parking, you may contact the seminar facility directly at the address and phone number on your Admission ticket.

One-on-One Search Engine Optimization Personal training

One-on-One personal training

One-on-one personal training is a semi-new training idea coming out of the new arena starting right around the time of 911, which changed the training industry. Before 911 I would travel 20 to 25 days a month providing instructor led group training all over the world. Then right after the training industry started to change, with in a month I went from 20 days a month, down to 5, and within 6 months down to 1-2 days. The problem is, companies still need great training and require their employees to stay current with industry trends, and they need to learn new techniques and software packages.

One of my clients told me that for years they noticed that 70-75% of any training cost was travel and lodging. This worked both way, either having the instructor come to the team of the team going to the instructor. After looking at this, I said, well with digital phone, it now cost nothing to stay on the phone for hours at a time long distance and the student can be in front of their computer, and the instructor is in front their computer and you can chat one-on-one and learn what you nee to learn for the process of that student.

Cost of these one-on-one personal training or coaching sessions is about the same price as sending an employee to a local cattle call training session. If you have ever attended one of these you now they are a nice day off from work, but you only retain about 20% of what is said, and even that is only if you rush back to the office and try it, and use it. In our one-on-one personal software training session we show a retention of over 75% 6 months after the training is completed.

An overview of One-on-One personal software training session:

You select the training you wish to "attend" click on the Paypal button

With in hours you will receive an introduction e-mail letter telling you more about your instructor and offering time which the training would be scheduled.

Once a time is set, your instructor will call you on the phone number you provide, and we request that you have either a speaker phone, if you are in an area that this will not disturb your co-workers, or a headset so you are hands-free and can work freely.

At this time your instructor will go over the basics of the program and get a feel for where you are with regards to your knowledge of the software package.

You one-on-one personal software training session is now started. During the training you will be given "homework assignments" which will be recommended completion to get the most out of your training session. Very rarely will you have one straight 4 hour training session, most 1-on-1 personal software training session are broken into mini-modules and the normal way they are arranged is to have an intro session of 2 hours, then the next session is 1 hour followed by a 1 hour finishing session. Theses One-on-One personal training sessions will have at least 24 hours in between each one but some can have a month between if needed by the student to complete the homework.

Your introduction One-on-One personal software training session is now completed and you may decide on when and if you are ready for additional training session, you may note that once you start with an instructor, you will keep that instructor for as long as you continue that topic. We find you will be a working relationship with your instructor.

One-on-One personal software training in:

PHP Nuke or PHPNuke:

The very popular contain generating software web based package is one of our top 5 One-on-One personal software training session. Although the software is free, the documentation is not very clear, other then to a geek. We have a master geek which sets up all of our PHPNuke sites and matter of fact the site you are reading right now is a PHPNuke site. In the 4 hour intro session you will work either on your own site, or we have demo sites and you will create a website which you can use by the end of this 4 hour session, all you will need to do is fill in your content. SEO Search Engine Optimization:
